The only airline serving Toraja (TTR) is Transnusa. It has a daily flights to/from Makassar once a day (twice a day on a peak season like December, January, July & August) . Available everyday except Sunday. A standard economy one way fare to/from Makassar is IDR 495,000. Route : Makassar (UPG) - Tana Toraja (TTR) : Depart 09:30 am - Arrived 10:25 am Tana Toraja (TTR) - Makassar (UPG) : Depart 11:00 am - Arrived 11:50 am The current available aircraft they use is the Fokker 50 (and soon will be replaced by ATR 72 served by Garuda airlines)

There are few shuttle/taxi available in the airport to take you to Rantepao/Makale . They can range from IDR 150-250k /car. You can also ask the airport information center if there is any motorbike taxi to save you some penny if you are on budget or a solo traveler.
